We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialistwhose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” We are not looking for a ‘typical accountant’—our accounting team knows that our customers are our #1 priority and we want somebody who can recognize that and build relationships with them, and our vendors. We are also looking for someone who will collaborate with our operations team to take care of our customers. These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as an accounting associate, as we work to embrace and capitalize on our employee’s strengths:

- Billing/Invoicing

- Accounts Receivable follow up

- Daily interaction with high-level clients & executives, handling special requests as needed

- Balance sheet reconciliation

- Other tasks as assigned

- Associates degree is preferred.

- 1-2 years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience required.
